North Naples LL Gold All-Stars defeat Golden Gate American All-Stars.


NNLL Gold All-Stars 10-7 on Saturday at Starcher-Petty Field in Naples, Florida in the 2025 Double Play All-Star Tournament Championship game.

NNLL Gold All-Stars opened the scoring in the top of the second thanks to four singles. NNLL Gold All-Stars first got on the board when Wade H singled, scoring one run.

GGA All-stars scored five runs on seven hits in the bottom of the fourth inning. Easton C doubled, scoring two runs, Chief R singled, scoring one run, Noah S singled, scoring one run, and Jayden J singled, scoring one run.

Brandon L led things off on the mound for GGA  All-stars. The hurler gave up 21 hits and 10 runs over five and two-thirds innings, striking out none and walking none. Lincoln C stepped on the hill first for NNLL Gold All-Stars. The starter surrendered 15 hits and seven runs over five and two-thirds innings, striking out one and walking none.

GGA All-stars piled up 15 hits in the game. Easton drove the middle of the lineup, leading GGA  All-stars with three runs batted in. The 3-hole hitter went 2-for-3 on the day. Chief went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead 2025 GGA All-stars in hits. Noah and Brantley W each collected multiple hits for GGA All-stars. 2025 GGA  All-stars turned one double play in the game. GGA All-stars didn't commit a single error in the field. Chief had the most chances in the field with seven.

NNLL Gold All-Stars accumulated 21 hits in the game. Lincoln led NNLL Gold All-Stars with four hits in four at bats from the leadoff position. Harrison G, MJ T, Henry W, Cam W, Breck T, and Sammy H each collected multiple hits for NNLL Gold All-Stars. NNLL Gold All-Stars were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Harrison had the most chances in the field with four.
